Love love LOVE this place!! Great coaches, great community, great workouts. Coaches - very knowledgeable, and help out correcting form during workouts. Also push me to move better and offer fun motivation. Community - people are really warm and welcoming, and it's really motivating to see the same faces everyday. Workouts - these are as tough as you'd want to make them. As you get stronger through them, there's always ways to make them harder. Having been injured frequently doing other HIIT workouts I'm really happy with f45 and its intensity. The 45 mins of movement with the focus on form is really effective.

F45 is simply the best! As a former athlete, I love the energy and community of this place. It really is team training & I’ve made new life long friends here! Mon/Wed - cardio Tues/Thurs/Sun - resistance (strength) Fri/Sat - hybrid (cardio + resistance) Also, all classes are 45 mins except Saturdays are a spicy 1-hour. I love that you can be in and out in one hour or less. Perfect for us with busy schedules! Morning classes are my fav but the noon is lively if you can sneak in a lunch class.

I’ve been going to F45 for a couple years now and love it! The best thing about it that keeps me going is the variety. The classes are constantly changing so you never feel like you’re doing the exact same routine. Also the option to pick different class times throughout the week to work with your schedule. It’s nice to do a 630am one day and a 12pm the next. The instructors are all awesome as well and are quick to correct you on form if you’re doing something wrong. Very happy to have their studio right in my neighborhood!
